Founder and President
Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis, Rabat, Morocco | June 2017- Present
§ Successfully secured more than $1.5 million USD in grants from international donors, including a $700,000 USD grant from USAID.
§ Developed and executed a strategic plan with consultation from stakeholders, and built a core team to lead policy analysis projects.
§ Supervised operational management of the organization. This includes management of financial and human resources on a daily basis to ensure effective operations.
§ Conducted Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of programs on regular basis, including preparation of the MEL plan, indicators, data collection and analysis.
§ Negotiated on behalf of the organization with stakeholders and donors and represented the organization at international events.
