Applying for a posted job is very easy. Click the Apply for Job button on the right side of the job posting. In the pop-up window, your name and email will be filled in for you automatically. Add a phone number if you wish and then choose one of your online resumes to upload. Click submit and you are done.

Your My Resume section is where you can input information about the type of job you are looking for, salary expectations, your job experience, languages you are fluent in and your educational qualifications. You can also add social media links and even an introduction video if you have one. There is a description box that can be used to cut and paste a cover letter or introduction letter as well.  You can create multiple resumes and when applying for a job posting, you can choose which resume to include.

The Applied Jobs section of your Dashboard is exactly what it sounds like. It is where you can review job applications you have submitted on the Job Board.  The status of the job applications will update when employers review and update the status of your applications.

No special software is required to access the Job Board or to apply for a job posting. The site can be accessed using your mobile phone, tablet or a desktop computer.

If you have forgotten your password, please click the “Lost Your Password?” link on the Job-Seeker Login page.  Enter your email address and the system will send you a link that you can use to create a new password.

When you are logged in to the Job Board, go to the My Profile section in your Dashboard and change your current password.

No, there is no cost to Employers to post jobs on the World Skills Job Board.  Note that if you have just registered, you will be contacted by one of our staff to discuss your staffing requirements and our internal processes.

This is the section where you view your posted jobs. You can also edit, duplicate or delete posted jobs.  If your job posting has a Show button with a numeric value, that indicates there have been x number of job application for that position and clicking the Show button will display the individual job applications for that job.

This is the section where your company profiles are created and updated. You will need to create at least one company profile that will be linked to all job opportunities you post on the job board. If you represent a company with multiple office or locations, it is possible to create a company profile for each location thereby keeping job postings for a specific location or office directly associated with that location.
