Manage the controlling and financial reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules.
Ensure project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines; define milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition.
Organize the project reviews from start to the end of each contract.
Ensure consistency with project teams (Planner, Sourcing, …).
·       Analyze the execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.

Be the economic and financial advisor of the Project Manager.
Prepare with the Project Manager the periodic reviews including monitoring of the costs and all studies.

Agree monthly contractual billings; perform invoice verification, approval and interface with finance cost analyst to ensure timely payment of various invoices related to Main Operations Contracts.
For main Operations contracts, produce monthly accrual and cash call data for the Finance Dept.
Monitor Commitment and Expenditure against approved budget / Contracts values.
Generate accurate expenditure forecasts for Operations contracts.
Ensure accurate cost allocation.
Support OPS CAM’s in solving commercial issues with suppliers.

Assist in the preparation and follow-up on matters relating to request from Sonatrach & E&Y auditors for fixed assets.
To work close with Finance department and SCM for can prepare our JV’s Fixed Assets/Minor Capital procedure.
Assist SCM for can do/build up the Physical Inventory.
Involving daily the fixed asset register, booking the assets into the SUN Fixed Asset Register, run Depreciation and accounting the assets.
