Accounting:

 

–         Process financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals and bill payments; provided clerical and procedural support to customers as required.

 

–         Assist in the management of invoices, receipts, purchase orders and petty cash; prepare MSRS, cheques, vouchers including supporting documents for payment; categorize and analyze expenditures on spreadsheets and prepare receipts; use a variety of in-house computer systems for accounting purposes.

 

Clerk / Receptionist:

 

–      Answering and transferring calls.

 

–      Receive visitors and arrange for them to meet the appropriate officer, provide information regarding CROH and other Caricom Member States.

 

–      Follow up on correspondence and undertake translation of simple documents.

 

–      Maintained conference room calendars, arranged meetings and conferences as requested; liaise with Immigration regarding the request of visas for Haitian Officials to travel to other Caricom Member States.
