– Assist in the management of invoices, receipts, purchase orders and petty cash; prepare MSRS, cheques, vouchers including supporting documents for payment; categorize and analyze expenditures on spreadsheets and prepare receipts; use a variety of in-house computer systems for accounting purposes.

– Answering and transferring calls.
