TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the project delivery on time and budget, with particular attention to the commissioning and finishes
• Responsible for Safety and Quality management
• Understand and fully implement project procedures for all MEP contractors and support in the package management of other trade contractors where necessary
• Set up clear lines of communication with Consultants and MEP Contractors to address shortfalls & issues that may arise in a timely manner
• Provide advice to project teams on planned logistics arrangements
• Review and accept related project delivery plans submitted by MEP sub-contractors
• Managing and chairing meetings with the contractors and Client as well as design consultants
• Liaise with project stakeholders and managing authorities’ requirements.
• Oversight of all MEP works, including infrastructure, utilities, all building services and building management systems
• Leading MEP team, liaising with The Client, Review of Design, and Consulting & Construction management
• Carefully manage interfaces and overlapping activities to ensure a smooth delivery of various package components.
• Manage the technical progress during design and construction including testing and commissioning of relevant systems.
• Perform/assist in systems acceptance testing in coordination with Employer, Engineer’s Representative and Stakeholders teams.
