I’m applying to customer service position, I have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information systems.

I have more than ten years of experience in the banking sector. My expertise in both Treasury operations and IT security had provided me with all the basics to gain the confidence on how to achieve customer satisfaction.

For four years of experience in treasury operations in processing financial transactions like deposits, Foreign exchange, and different bank investment transactions. My promotion to supervisor level was because of my good listening skills, teamwork spirit and coaching skills that i showed for those who needed help.

Additionally, with more than six years of cyber security experience in the bank, I developed the confidence to act accordingly and solve any issues that arise and disrupt system availability and functionality. This role has helped me gain excellent communication skills and foster interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers as well as staff.
