Position Title: Program Manager

Are you interested in gaining experience in grants and contributions program delivery and implementation? Working to support Indigenous and public participation in high-profile Impact Assessments and important engagement initiatives?

Responsibilities include:
– Planning and managing the funding program budget, and responsible for overseeing the funding application and allocation process.
– Consulting with clients/stakeholders to identify issues, and advising clients on options and alternatives.
– Developing and providing authoritative input into the development and implementation of, operational policy, procedures, position papers and reports related to funding program issues.
– Finalizing grant and contribution agreements with clients, and interfacing with clients at all stages of the funding process, and ensuring compliance with program criteria and applicable Treasury Board Policies and Guidance.
– Working with Canadian Indigenous organizations or communities.
– Supervising and supporting staff.
