Service technician

Hot Tubs Ottawa is looking for a reliable, dedicated individual to be trained as a service technician.

Initially, the position will require working on plumbing of hot tubs at our location and could evolve to working outdoors at customer sites year round, diagnosing and repairing hot tubs for the right candidate.

Tasks include troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing and other hot tub issues.
Determining required parts, tracking hours, advising the shop and where needed returning to complete repairs.

Full training  will be provided.

Technical aptitude and problem solving skills are required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
