Job Description
This position will be part of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute’s Finance Team and will work closely with all members of the team as well as the scientific community at the OHRI.

The main duties and responsibilities include processing of invoices and personal reimbursements, processing funding deposits, reconciliation of credit cards, monitoring the Finance Team email, completing and submitting New Supplier Forms, and assisting in all audits.

There are many other smaller functions to this position and may change as departmental needs change. The OHRI Finance Team is a strong and cohesive team and works very well together. We are looking for a motivated and energetic new member who would be an excellent complement to our team.

Basic Requirements (Education/Experience):
•College Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Compensation Pay Range:
Min: $33.342 – Max: $44.456
