Achievement:

Manager’s Appreciation Award (August 2012). A team in the Lexmark headquarters in Lexington needed assistance on a major client’s issue. The client changed their server operating system to one that was not claimed supported by Lexmark. Setting up a system that simulated and helped resolve the client’s problem made a significant difference at the business level.
