  • Ensured warehouse operations complied with company rules and local regulations, guaranteeing the safety of personnel and inventory. Achieved top two ranking in Decathlon’s internal safety audits for three consecutive years (2021-2023) among 14 warehouses.
  • Supervised warehousing operations, consistently ranking in the top five globally among Decathlon warehouses for five consecutive years. Warehouse Relocation Project, Dongguan, China

November 1, 2020 – July 31, 2021

  • Conducted business needs assessment and local logistics real estate market research, planning to move leased warehouse back to self-owned warehouse, achieving an estimated 3-year ROI of over ¥12 million. Recruited and appointed team members three months in advance, forming a project team of six managers.
  • Organized regular project planning meetings to refine plans, resources inventory and reserves, contingency planning, and project communication. Conducted operational tests in a 500 ㎡ stock area around the new warehouse location to assess operational capabilities during and after the move.
  • Completed the move 15 days ahead of schedule, saving ¥330,000 in warehouse rental fees and realizing over ¥500,000 in fixed asset benefits. Successfully negotiated lease termination and signed necessary documents with the property owner.

AGV Automation Picking Project

October 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020

  • Introduced AGV picking operations to enhance logistics order processing capacity. Conducted multiple rounds of planning, including site selection, timing, team composition and appointments, supplier selection, contingency planning, and project communication. Assigned implementation engineers for plan confirmation and scenario testing.
  • Supervised engineering implementation, personnel safety operations, progress control, and quality checks during the project, completing the AGV picking transition within the planned timeframe.
  • Achieved a 2.6-fold increase in picking productivity, a 14% increase in overall warehouse capacity, and a 30% improvement in overall efficiency in 2020.

Training Instructor       

Malaysia warehouse Opening Project, Malaysia & Dongguan, China

October 8, 2018 – December 31, 2018

  • Supported the opening of the Johor Bahru warehouse by training 26 people on-site in Dongguan warehouse for four weeks, covering basic operational skills and intermediate exception handling skills in receiving, inventory management, and replenishment. All participants passed the training certification.
  • Invited to Johor Bahru warehouse for two weeks to design processes, conduct skills training, and exchange corporate culture. Trained and certified a total of 52 employees to basic operational level and 18 employees to intermediate exception handling level.
