§ Oversaw a research project funded by Nestlè under the direction of the Principal Investigator. Research focused on health and nutrition of children aged 4 – 13.9 years in five local regions in Ibadan, using the research protocol as a guide. Ethical approval to carry out the survey was gotten from the appropriate clinical research ethical committee.

§ Facilitated training session on ‘Informed Consent’ during general training workshop for prospective data collectors, following which screening was completed to select 30 individuals for the roles.

§ Participated in community entry as well as houselisting exercise and pilot study in various communities selected for the research work.

§ Took part in review of data collection tool (electronic questionnaire) before approval for field use as well as in the documentation and safe keeping of paperwork pertaining to the research.

§ Supervised daily deployment of enumerators to data collection sites by equipping them with tools and data collection materials, and monitored though regular calls and physical presence on site.

§ Recruited analysts for dietary and nutrient intake analysis by reaching out(through calls and text messages) to qualified enumerators and monitoring analysis to completion, following which merging, cleaning and sorting of data was finalized.

§ Completed blood sugar monitoring using sterilized lancets to regularly collect blood from each subject for the glucometer, after eating experimental food.
