·         I am known for putting smiles on my clients’ faces and have a demonstrated history of improving customer satisfaction by up to 50%.

·         Over 5 years of experience providing quality client service in the health sector; including 18 months of experience in various capacities of community engagement among marginalized groups leading to a demonstrated improvement in their nutritional status.

·         Proven expertise working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team composed of a range of stakeholders: pediatrician, nurses, nutritionist, community health workers, laboratory technician, sponsors, community leaders; and ensuring full participation till the end of the project.

·         I am agile, focused, and prepared, a natural collaborator and determined problem solver as I see challenges as opportunities for growth.

·         Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Graduate Diploma in Population Health.

·         Fluent in written and oral English.

·         Experience in effectively communicating with a variety of stakeholders: patients and their family members about care goals; multidisciplinary health team, community leaders and individuals within the hospital or community.

·         Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Familiar with SPSS and WHO Anthro.
