Professional & Employment History

Principal Architect & Proprietor            Jan 2010- June 2022

PSM Consultants, Bangalore, India

•      Collaborated with structural engineers and contractors in designing and developing 35 detached houses, 5 Apartment complexes and senior          living residences in contemporary style (AutoCAD and Revit).

•      Collaborated with a team of MEP Consultants and medical equipment vendors in designing a 50-bed Health Center and a 2 chair Dental                clinic with laboratory space.

•      Lead a team of architects and engineers in designing Commercial Complexes (20+) retail stores and 10 midsize offices with provision of                  enclosed stackable parking.

•      Designed an Industrial unit (production of diamond cutting tools). The design used ACP cladding (aluminum composite panels) for the                 façade and involved significant collaboration and review of shop floor drawings with vendors.

•      Design and execution of Interiors for Villas using varied styles from Modern to Contemporary designs (SketchUp and Lumion).

Successfully met demanding timelines of completing the designs in 2 weeks and            call for construction tenders (AutoCAD).

•      Coordinated with a team in the schematic design of a 75 bed Ayurvedic (Traditional Indian medicine) Hospital.

•      Developed the construction drawings in AutoCAD for commercial establishments and Small-Scale Industrial Units.

•      Estimated the cost of constructions for small scale buildings (MS Excel) saving the company time and labor by avoiding manual                                 calculations.
