• Organized, conducted and modelled projects/experiments with students to teach them data collection and analysis, report writing and formulating hypotheses (For example, the effect of acid rain on seedling germination) which developed active learning and classroom engagement.

• Identified 50+ cases that need to be referred to specialists or other services such as; child abuse, self harm, aggression cases by keeping a close eye on kids behaviour and mental health, reviewing their background information and preparing intake reports which aims at protecting the kids and help them live the best normal life every kid deserves.

• Requested to install humidity and temperature monitors to analyze air quality and recommended to install a ventilation system that controls humidity levels between 40% and 60% which reduced the risk of mold, mites, fungi, bacterial growth and the airborne transmission of viruses.
• Reported challenges or problems faced in a timely manner and participated in planning modifications to plans as needed, provided advice to management to purchase natural air fresheners that are home made in a local village with a lower cost and saved the institution 80$/month.
• Recommended testing for Radon gas, and helped in ordering and installing the radon samplers in the lowest point of the institution and assisted in transporting the gathered samples to the lab for results.
• Provided training on Emergency Management sessions on how to mitigate risks, prepare, plan and respond to dangerous situations.
• Coordinated online meetings, classes and staff conferences to discuss further solutions with other Health and safety professionals and attended training/educational sessions.
