TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

      Responsible for the project delivery on time and budget, with particular attention to the commissioning and finishes 

      Responsible for Safety and Quality management 

      Understand and fully implement project procedures for all MEP contractors and support in the package management of other trade contractors where necessary

      Set up clear lines of communication with Consultants and MEP Contractors to address shortfalls & issues that may arise in a timely manner

      Provide advice to project teams on planned logistics arrangements

      Review and accept related project delivery plans submitted by MEP sub-contractors

      Managing and chairing meetings with the contractors and Client as well as design consultants

      Liaise with project stakeholders and managing authorities’ requirements.

      Oversight of all MEP works, including infrastructure, utilities, all building services and building management systems

      Leading MEP team, liaising with The Client, Review of Design, and Consulting & Construction management 

      Carefully manage interfaces and overlapping activities to ensure a smooth delivery of various package components.

      Manage the technical progress during design and construction including testing and commissioning of relevant systems.

      Perform/assist in systems acceptance testing in coordination with Employer, Engineer’s Representative and Stakeholders teams.
