• Coaching partners for data collection, clearance and analysis activities.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities to partners
• Successfully carry out several market studies to understand the characteristics of the supply and demand of a product or service (ECOBANK, CANAL+, SOBEBRA, …);
• Lead post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
• Successfully carry out several customer satisfaction studies for several brands (SUPER U, ORYX ENERGIES, SOBEBRA, AOS, CANAL+ etc.)
• Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups targeted by the organization.
• Tracking and monitoring to track brands’ media investments
