In this role, I managed project control for multiple projects, ensuring strong alignment with schedules, implementing cost controls to reduce project costs, and providing project performance analysis.
I thoroughly studied supply chain operations, focusing on Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, and Agile perspectives, resulting in improved customer satisfaction metrics. I also analyzed the current state, performed gap analysis, and justified implementation suggestions.
Additionally, I excelled in effective requirement gathering, maintained traceability throughout the lifecycle, and translated business and stakeholders’ requirements into tangible deliverables. I facilitated communication between business and technical teams, mentored junior analysts, and provided support for individuals impacted by system implementations.

In this role, I translated strategic goals into operational objectives using the BSC model, developed KPIs for processes, collected data, and leveraged Power BI for trend analysis to ensure compliance with established targets. I proactively assessed risks using the FMEA method, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies. Additionally, I utilized Visual Paradigm to map production processes, identify bottlenecks, and employed root cause analysis techniques like fishbone diagrams and the 5-WHY technique to formulate effective strategies for improvement.

In my previous role, I focused on studying the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations and improving them. I designed and executed Enterprise Resource and Budget Planning using Microsoft Excel to enhance cashflow forecast accuracy. I also managed vendor relationships, conducted price negotiations, and proactively sought alternative customers and suppliers to maintain supply chain stability.
Additionally, I optimized inventory levels, resulting in a reduction in warehouse value.

In my role, I coordinated with cross-functional teams to enhance the procurement strategy, resulting in improved lead times and reduced material costs. I identified prospective suppliers through various channels and designed a data warehouse for efficient information management. I ensured completeness of purchase orders, managed orders and quality reception, while also handling financial documentation. Additionally, I verified order acceptance, arranged returns as necessary, and managed associated financial documents.
My focus was on enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality assurance throughout the procurement process.
