I work in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire system installation in commercial buildings like hotels and Hospitals.

· Supervise the installation of central air condition systems including hydronic heating and cooling pipe installation and ducting and installation of chillers, air handling units, and fan coils.

· Knowledge of ASHRAE and relevant codes and standards used for HVAC systems.

· Selection of suitable system according to the required technical specifications

· Construction of Plumbing Systems for commercial buildings considering the International Plumbing Code.

· Construction of Fire protection systems considering NFPA 13, 14 and 20

· Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews

· Manage construction documentation (Material submittal approvals, RFI, Inspection), and timelines for work progress.

· Prepares detailed Cost Estimates for required materials and equipment and Man-hour required and Manage construction timelines and employees using “National Plumbing and HVAC Estimator”

· Attend pre-construction meetings to ensure communication and coordination between contractors, project manager, office staff, and employees

· Analyze drawings and specifications for an in-depth understanding of project requirements

· Liaising closely with other professionals, including architects, structural engineers, contractors, builders, and surveyors

· Using AutoCAD for plans drawing modifications and design
