Coordinator, Admissions – Canada Agriculture & Food Museum
Reporting to the Manager, Public Programs, the Coordinator, Admissions is responsible for overseeing the admissions program at Canada Agriculture and Food Museum (CAFM). This position leads the daily operations of hosts and activities at admissions while maintaining on site visitor traffic, access and safety in addition to being responsible for the collection and handlings of moneys and daily reconciliation of the cash at the opening and closing of the museum. The Coordinator provides comprehensive orientation to the public of the museum’s programs, collections and facilities while also handling visitor complaints in a diplomatic manner, resolving problems effectively. The incumbent provides leadership to the team for day-to-day operations, participates in the provision of emergency services and performs many other related duties that support the delivery of high quality visitor experiences which support the mandates of both CAFM and Ingenium.
