As part of the Cuso’s HR Team, the Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisor Values and Talent Management in the administrative part of the Talent Management function. The HR Intern will be involved with initiating the administrative processes required for effective onboarding of new staff to ensure a seamless process organization wide; will provide administrative support for organization-wide Learning & Development framework as well as programs in line with identified knowledge gaps; and will support other HR projects and activities, not limited to Cuso Values exercise, Long Service Awards, Engagement surveys & HR content for Cuso Newsletter through collaboration with members of the HR team.
