Under the direction of the Principal, the Housekeeper organizes and prepares daily snacks and meals for dependently handicapped students, maintains cleanliness of preparation and eating areas, does laundry and performs other duties, as assigned.


  • Secondary School Diploma, in the process of completing the diploma and/or an equivalency
  • Preference will be given to those who have (2) years housekeeping or related experience
  • Good understanding of nutritional values and requirements
  • Previous experience working with handicapped children would be considered an asset
  • Up to date First Aid and CPR certification is preferred


Schedule: 3 hours per day/5 days per week during regular school hours typically over the lunch period.

Salary: Starting hourly wage is $20.02/hour per hour plus 4% pay in lieu of vacation. There is also a benefits package available.

Start Date: This is a permanent position starting approximately May 1, 2023.
