Under the general direction of Early Learning Services, the Early Childhood Educator – Extended Day Program Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the before and after school program for children between the ages of 4 – 12 years of age.
Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- a diploma in Early Childhood Education and current registration with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators;
- a minimum of two years experience in a Supervisor role;
- strong written and oral communication skills;
- the ability to establish a rapport with children
- recent experience with kindergarten/school age children is preferred;
- and current First Aid and CPR certification.

Divine Infant 6:45 – 11:00 a.m. & 3:15 – 6:00 p.m.
Good Shepherd (until Dec 5/22) 6:45 – 11:00 a.m. & 3:15 – 6:00 p.m.
St. Augustine 6:45 – 11:00 a.m. & 3:15 – 6:00 p.m.
St. Martin de Porres (until Feb 27/23) 6:45 – 11:00 a.m. & 3:15 – 6:00 p.m.
These are temporary, full-time (10 month) positions, unless otherwise stated, with a salary of $35,425 (hourly rate of $23.54) with an approximate start date of August 31, 2022. Please note that based on enrollment, some programs may have a summer program, seven hours on PD Days, and one week at March Break.
