Cuso International has an immediate opening for a bilingual Program Knowledge Manager. As part of the International Programs Team, reporting to the Program Quality & Impact Senior Manager, this role leads the development and refinement of a knowledge framework that captures and catalogues the knowledge, experience and impact of Cuso International’s programming and identifies opportunities to disseminate and mobilize this information. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and builds relationships with external stakeholders to share the impact of our programs and to increase interest and engagement in Cuso’s work.

With 7 years of experience in international development, you will support the Program Knowledge Team, to meet objectives for planning, measuring program results and mobilizing knowledge of impact. Demonstrated experience in identifying and applying effective practices in knowledge translation (e.g., communications, education, training, stakeholder engagement) and evaluating the uptake, use and impact of this knowledge, MEAL knowledge and demonstrated experience of overseeing MEAL products. You have excellent communication skills in English and French and have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
