Duties and responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant or Officer is responsible for various coordinating, planning and administrative tasks. These include but are not limited to overseeing general office operation, helping staff/employees with requests, coordinating domestic and international travel, controlling inventory and ordering office supplies, producing reports, managing relationships with vendors, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, updating and keeping track schedules, keeping inventory of equipment, preparing facilities and maintenance requests.
We are looking for motivated and quick learners to help support the Divisions within the Agency. If you are interested in working in a dynamic field with a wide array of professionals, this position is for you!!
The Agency has adopted a hybrid model where employees are working both remotely from home and working in the office. The Agency is currently working collaboratively with employees and key partners to define the future IAAC hybrid model.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
– Minimum requirement of Secondary School Diploma – Any higher level of education can be considered as experience.
– Experience in performing clerical and/or administrative duties
– Experience maintaining various logs and/or preparing reports
– Experience using various MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
– Experience using SAP software
– English Essential
– Bilingual Imperative BBB
– Ability to communicate effectively (written)
– Ability to communicate effectively (orally)
– Attention to detail
– Ability to plan and organize work- Client Service Orientation
– Ability to learn
